Clare is an organisational change and leadership development consultant with a background in organisational psychology and over 18 years’ experience working with large, complex organisations to strengthen leadership capability and build high performing teams. Clare is passionate about facilitating behavioural change that sticks and enables individuals, teams and organisations to reach their true potential.
Clare began her career in journalism at the BBC in London as a researcher in documentaries and quickly discovered a deep interest in human behaviour and team dynamics. In pursuit of this, Clare switched careers and joined PwC Australia where she trained and spent 10 years consulting in transformational culture change. Clare worked across all aspects of large-scale organisational redesign and developed a specialisation in leadership development, designing and facilitating learning experiences that inspired leaders to feel confident and motivated to make change. Clare went on to spend 6 years consulting in New York where she worked with some of the most senior leaders of a number of global organisations to drive meaningful, sustainable positive change.
Now based in Sydney, Clare works across APAC and continues to work with some clients in the US. Recent clients include: QBE Insurance, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Mastercard, Etsy, Sony Music, Disney, Viacom and Lendlease.
